絕對沒有的，因為修改手勢已經觸犯了蘋果許可權的最低許可權，所以這種軟體絕對不會上架的，ios6的完美越獄就要放出了，cydia里有一款手勢軟體的，可以完全解放，所以樓主你現在只能用power鍵來鎖屏了，或者可以用smart cover也可以啊。其實你們知足吧，我的touch2現在就剩個home鍵可以用了，其他鍵都沒感應了，鎖屏還要靠自動關閉，又不能越獄，55555~

有一句大家耳熟能詳的話：信心比黃金重要，這是我一直推崇的信條。特別是我們這個行業，很多時候是找hr找不出來的人，所以更需要我們有必勝的信心。相信這個案件一定能找出合適的人，相信這個人一定是自己找出來的。就像老獵頭講的：沒有結束不了的案件，只有搜尋不足的獵頭。有了信心，不管是面對人才的拒絕，你依然會問他，你有沒有朋友會看這個機會，或者能不能給我你們的list
，當然很多時候拿list會看你跟人才的交情程度。
有了信心，還不能缺少攻擊性。每個公司都有一定的招聘時限，而hr更樂意看到的是，我們能盡快推出合適的人選，結束Case.
我們的競爭是很激烈的，跟hr競爭，跟其他公司的獵頭競爭，跟自己競爭。所以拿到案件，分析案情，就開始進行緊密的搜尋工作，查自己手頭的資源，公司系統，讓朋友介紹等，只要是能快，準的方法都要試試。往往候選人介紹的人會比較契合這個職位，而且motivation也是比較強的，這種人不要放過，即使現在沒有適合他的職位，也要跟其溝通好。有點沾邊的職位也可以跟他溝通一下，拉近感情。快和準是獵頭的兩大准則。
接下來的就是學習能力了。對於新人，要學習的東西特別多。比如：了解獵頭行業，了解金融行業（每天熟悉金融咨詢），學習招聘的技能（怎麼分辨人才的軟素質等）。持續的學習才能使自己更專業，跟人才溝通才能更順暢，讓其信服。並不是說做每個case都要了解的很詳細，只是對於陌生的事物更應該去持續的學習，我們跟人才去present職位，不僅是告訴他薪酬和晉升空間，更多是帶給他信心，獵頭對公司的了解，將給候選人打一針強心劑。所以，學習一直都在
，怎麼push候選人早上班（因為早上班就早收錢）等，每一個環節都可以更精細，都可以再完善自己的標准。拿push候選人上班舉例，有一個話術是：*公司對你面試的情況是非常滿意的，而且他們對你將來在這個崗位上的適應和發展都非常有信心。所以他們也希望你能盡快過去，適應起來。其實這對你也是有好處的，你盡快過去，拿的薪資更高，給新東家的印象也會更好。正式的離職時間需要一個月，但是有些人候選人如果跟

熟悉的話都可以提前走的。。。。候選人的情況不同時，也會具體去講。最終要是讓候選人早上班，又回到快這個節奏上。每次遇到問題都總結，完善，持續做到更專業。
綜其一點：成case是王道，持續成case是目標，而為了這個目標做的努力都是值得的。

你這個是在pitching了。。。應該找個投行的人幫你做做case，呵呵，不過還是很不錯，公司金融問題，入手的思路還是可以看看吧，首先是入手理由，horizontal or vertical mergers or aquisitions, for streamlining the proction value chain or scale and scope of economy，還有一種可能就是diversification，組成conglomerate。此外，具體的可能性，參見一下最近的wsj或者是nyt都可以，我舉個例子好了：horizontal的就是橫向並購，比如Kraft並購Nestle的可能，增加規模效益和優化成本，vertical的是縱向並購，產業鏈上下游，比如寶鋼並購RioTinto（澳洲鐵礦及其他礦藏出產商）的可能性，用於整合價值鏈，提高生產效益，還有一種就是集團了，這種主要是為了分散風險，多元化經驗，比如長江實業收購樂百氏的可能。
Casio和Swatch應該屬於horizontal，你從這方面入手，獲取他們實際的財務數據（官網上應該都有）進行預測，可以以股價配以少量現金購買來演算一下合並後的企業價值(EV)。大概就是這樣。
