本人於2009年4月加入BV公司，一直從事工程師工作，從開始負責中國產品到最近三年國外產品，回首這些年工作，有成功的喜悅，有與同事協同攻關的艱辛，在工作中不斷加強業務理論知識的學習，能夠理論聯系實際，運用自己掌握的專業知識結合到實際工作中，並能帶領和培養新來的工程師盡快投入到工作中。現將去年到現在主要工作業績總結如下：
I have been working as an engineer since joining BV Company in April 2009; I started with taking charge of Chinese procts and then switched to foreign procts for the past three years. Looking back on this period, there was sweetness of success and bitterness of tackling problems together with peers, the constant improvement of my theoretical knowledge on the job and the integration of theory into practice by applying my professional knowledge to actual work, as well as the trainings and guidance of new engineers so as to make them get down to work as soon as possible. I hereby summarize below, my job performances from last year until the present
1. 主導BG產品從上海轉移到成都的質量工作：
1）確定各工序控制點，檢驗要求和SPC監控，與上海的同事協商一致後按深圳量產要求固化在QCFC中。
2）建立各工序關鍵參數CPK定期review機制。
3）制定QA標准
4）定期內部Audit,順利完成客戶對深圳產線的稽核。現已得到客戶出貨的許可通知。
5）參與轉產過程重大品質問題的處理，並及時完成品質總結報告。
1. Leading the role of ensuring the quality of BG procts in the transfer from Shanghai to Cheng:
a) Determined the various process control points, inspection requirements, SPC monitoring and then fixed them into QCFC in accordance with the Shenzhen quantity proction demand after the negotiated consensus with Shanghai peers.
b) Established crucial CPK parameters of various processes and regular review mechanism.
c) Formulated QA standards.
d) Concted regular internal audits, successfully completed the customer』s inspection of the Shenzhen proction lines. Now the notice of shipment permission from customer had been received.
e) Participated in the handling of major quality problems in the course of the proction switch, and ly completed the final report on quality.
2. 系統流程review工作：
1）重新審定公司標准管流程，在文件中引入金樣（Golden Sample）和工作樣品（working sample）的認可機制，完善了系統文件。
2）北京E-data上傳給客戶方式由人工手動上傳變為FIS系統自動上傳，避免人為疏漏導致客戶投訴。
2. The review work on system flow:
a) Reexamined the company』s standard management flow; the approval systems for Golden Sample and Working Sample had been included and thus, the system file was perfected.
b) The upload of Beijing』s E-data to customers was changed from manual to FIS system automatic upload, this would avoid customer complaints e to human errors.
3. 順利完成其它重大項目質量轉產工作：
3. Successfully completed the quality work on proction switch of other major projects.
4. 質量成本改善：
1）主導上海的 PCB板回收利用工作，小組成員通過驗證確定回收方案並已實施，為公司節約99%以上的報廢PCB。
2）連接頭（connector）端面(end face)不良改善
4. Quality cost improvements:
a) Responsible for the recycling of PCB boards in Shanghai; The plan had been determined and implemented after verification by the recycling group members, saving above 99% of the rejected PCB for the company.
b) Improvement on the end face defects of the connector.
5. 主導上海 工程師小組日常工作：
1）主要產品FPY均有提升
2）在客戶品質表現均為B以上
3）RMA 和重大品質異常及時完成。
4）新PFMEA如期開展
5）工程師個人業務水平提高
6）帶領和培養新工程師4人，並達到公司要求。
5. Responsible for leading the daily operations of the Shanghai engineer group:
a) There was enhancement on major FPY procts.
b) The customer quality performances were B and above.
c) Duly rectified RMA and major quality abnormalities.
d) New PFMEA commenced on schele.
e) Improvement to the professional skills of indivial engineer.
f) Responsible for the training and guidance of 4 new engineers and had attained the company requirements.
6. 協助公司QCC活動開展
1）培訓產線員工和ME品質工具的應用。
2）對QCC小組進行輔導和診斷，在公司和外部發表中獲得優異成績。
6. Assisted in the launching of company』s QCC activities:
a) Provided trainings to the proction line workers and the application of ME quality tools.
b) Concted coaching and diagnosis on QCC group; received excellent results in the internal and external published reports.
