楊潔，女，1976年，教授，河北醫科大學公共衛生學院碩士生導師。主要研究糖尿病分子流行病學；高寒低氧環境下leptin基因對能量代謝的調節機理及應用；流感病毒分子進化。

現任天津醫科大學基礎醫學院院長、免疫學教研室副主任、國家教育部免疫微環境與疾病重點實驗室副主任、國家衛生部有突出貢獻中青年專家、國家教育部「新世紀人才支持計劃」天津市「131人才」第一層次人選、天津市細胞與分子免疫學重點實驗室副主任、天津市特聘教授、天津市優秀教師、病原生物學與免疫學教授，擔任天津市免疫學會秘書長、天津市國際生物治療學會會員、國際RNA學會會員、中國免疫學會終身會員、中國細胞生物學會會員、中華醫學會醫學細胞生物學常務委員、中華微生物與免疫學會青年委員會副主委、臨床生物化學與分子生物學理事、天津市生化與分子生物學理事、中華微生物學與免疫學雜志編委、中國檢驗醫學雜志（英文版）編委、中國腫瘤臨床（英文版）編委、醫學分子生物學雜專編委、醫學參考報編委。近五年，楊潔教授承擔科研項目20多項，科研經費400餘萬人民幣，包括 「863」課題1項、國家自然科學基金2項、多項國際合作項目，發表學術論文38篇，其中SCI收錄論文10餘篇，第一作者或通訊作者6篇，累計影響因子高於76，單篇影響因子最高達11.502。SCI收錄
