① 國內銀行賬戶能不能直接進行外匯轉賬

銀行可受理境內居民因支付出國留學學費等有境外匯出匯款需求和因國外親屬匯入贍家款等有境外匯入款解付需求的個人外匯賬戶（含現匯賬戶和現鈔賬戶）本人名下的轉賬業務，以及本人和直系親屬間的轉賬業務。

不能受理本人和除直系親屬外的其他人之間的外匯賬戶轉賬業務。

建設銀行SWIFT國際匯款包括匯款手續費和郵電費用。具體收費標准請咨詢當地95533。

(1)stm外匯擴展閱讀

個人可委託建設銀行辦理兩種可自由兌換貨幣之間的買賣，以規避匯率風險，達到個人外匯資產保值增值目的。

個人外匯買賣業務包括15個外匯幣種：美元、日元、港幣、英鎊、歐元、瑞士法郎、加拿大元、澳大利亞元、紐西蘭元、新加坡元、瑞典克朗、丹麥克朗、挪威克朗、澳門元、泰銖。任意兩個幣種均可組合進行外匯買賣即時交易。

在建設銀行開立有外匯存款賬戶的居民個人，向建設銀行申請並經審核同意，即可根據建設銀行公布的外匯牌價，通過建設銀行營業前台、電話銀行、網上銀行、手機銀行、STM進行兩種外匯之間的實盤買賣。

建設銀行匯款手續費用最低1元，最高手50元。如果匯款金額低於5000元則實時到賬；匯款的金額高於5000元，則需要3-5個工作日才能到賬。
