finish,complete作為動詞在一起比較時，這兩個詞的一般含義是「做完」、「完成」，有時可以互換使用。然而，有時它們卻有明顯的詞義差別。

一、SMT簡單介紹
SMT-Surface Mounted Technology，即表面貼裝技術，是一種先進的電路組裝技術，自上個世紀60年代問世以來，就充分顯示出其強大的生命力，它以非凡的速度走完了從誕生、完善直至成熟的路程，邁入了大范圍的應用旺盛期。如今無論是投資類電子產品還是民用類電子產品，都有它的身影。
SMT-Surface Mounted Technology came out in the 1960s, which is an advanced technology serviced for circuit manufacturing, and from then it has been stronger which comes through the course of naissance, growth, and maturation as the speed of extraordinary. And now it has coming into the application blooms whether in the areas of investment or civil using.
SMT是一門新興的、綜合性的工程科學技術，涉及到機械、電子、光學、材料、化工、計算機、網路、自動控制等技術。
SMT is a newly & synthetical engineering & science Tech. which deals with mechanism, electron, optics, material, chemistry, computer, net, auto-control Tech. etc.
SMT從狹義上講，是將表面元器件貼裝到PCB上，經過整體加熱實現電子元器件的互聯；從廣義上講，它包括片式元器件、表面組裝工藝和材料。

SMT工藝有以下組成部分，包括：PCB准備檢查、檢查工藝；焊膏印刷、檢查工藝；貼裝工藝；貼裝後插件、檢查；固化工藝；在線檢查工藝；修正工藝；在線檢測即ICT；質量檢查；功能測試；返修工藝；包裝工藝；標簽工藝等。
SMT process consists of the following parts: Board preparation & checking, Screen Printing, Mount, Hand placement & checking, Reflow, AOI, Modification & Stuffing, ICT, Quality checking & assure, FAT, Rework, Package, Label etc.
SMT 生產線由上料機、錫膏印刷機、接駁台、貼片機、迴流焊、AOI設備、ICT 設備、FAT設備、下料機等組成。
SMT proction line consists of Loading, Screen printing, Handplace desk, Mounter, Reflow, AOI, ICT, FAT, Unloading equipment etc.
二、SMT特點
1、組裝密度高、電子產品體積小、重量輕，貼片元件的體積和重量只有傳統插裝元件的1/10左右，一般採用SMT後，電子產品的體積縮小40%~60%，重量減輕60%~80%；

2、可靠性高、抗震能力強，焊接缺陷率底；

3、高頻特性好，減少了電磁和射頻干擾；

4、易於實現自動化，生產效率高，降低約為30%~50%的成本。節省材料、能源、設備、人力、時間等。

三、採用SMT的緣由：
1、電子產品追求小型化，原先穿孔插件已經無法滿足要求；
The traditional insert-parts can』t satisfy with the electronic procts minitype trend requires.
2、電子產品功能更加完整，目前採用的集成電路—IC已經沒有穿孔插件，特別是大規模、高集成IC不得不採用表面貼裝技術；

C. 澳洲商業移民的特點有什麼
其目標是希望外來投資者將資金投入澳洲中小型企業，以促進國家經濟繁榮回。
