游褒禅山记 译文
褒禅山也称为华山。唐代和尚慧褒当初在这里筑室居住，死后又葬在那里；因为这个缘故，后人就称此山为褒禅山。现在人们所说的慧空禅院，就是慧褒和尚的墓舍。距离那禅院东边五里，是人们所说的华山洞，因为它在华山南面而这样命名。距离山洞一百多步，有一座石碑倒在路旁，上面的文字已被剥蚀、损坏近乎磨灭，只有从勉强能认得出的地方还可以辨识出“花山”的字样。现在将“华”读为“华实”的“华”，大概是（因字同而产生的）读音上的错误。

首先，银行理财不等同于银行存款，因此还是有投资亏损的风险。即使是银行存款，现在也不是零风险。根据《存款保险条例》约定，一旦银行出现危机，保险机构对存款人的最高赔付额是50万。简单来说，如果你在银行存款低于50万，那么银行倒闭可以全赔；如果你的存款高于50万，那么银行倒闭的话，你有可能只能拿回来50万；

其次，银行的理财产品分为自营和代销两种方式，两者区别很大。先来说说自营，顾名思义就是银行自己经营的理财产品。一般来说，银行理财产品是一个资金募集池，然后银行会根据自己的业务将资金投向股票、债券、信托等等。比如前些年市场上风风火火的股票结构化产品，很多优先资金都能看到银行的身影。另外银行还会用理财资金购买公募债和ABS的优先级，整体收益大概在5-7%之间。由于是银行的自营业务，这类理财产品银行大多都会兜底，因此自营类理财产品相对风险小一点，但是收益也低。

另一种就是代销产品，银行作为持牌金融机构，基本都有代销基金的资质。由于银行的客群庞大，因此银行帮其它机构代销产品的话，都能拿到很好的分成。对于某些分行来说，代销产品的利润要远高于自营理财产品，银行有时候为了利润，合规风控都得靠边站。

道理很简单，代销合同一般都有专业的律师团队审过，风险都转嫁给了客户。只要客户签字购买了，将来遇到问题银行两手一摊，常规途径投资者还真没啥太好的办法。对于银行来说风险可控，所以总行有时候对于这种业务也是睁一只眼闭一只眼。所以投资者在购买银行代销产品的时候就要擦亮眼睛了。

最后再来说说理财产品的收益率，这也是投资者最关心的问题。先说结论：普通的银行理财产品收益率肯定跑不赢通胀，即使私行的产品也不会超过年化8%。原因只有四个字，降低预期。首先每家银行都有揽储指标，如果理财产品收益过高会影响储蓄率；其次银行的客群一般比较稳定，这时候就不需要靠高收益吸引投资者，而是通过平稳收益来稳定客户。牛哥之前跟很多家私行部打过交道，银行的分配方式基本上把高收益这条路给堵死了。比如当时牛哥公司让银行代销的某私募基金A。分配方式如下：(假设实际年化收益率=X)

一般银行投资的量化私募产品，都是以稳健为主，年化收益水平大概在8%-15%之间，换言之，投资者的收益基本就维持5-8%之间，基本上比普通的理财产品高出2%-3%左右。所以说想要跟银行计算精明的话，投资者明显不是对手。

虽然说银行理财产品有很多坑，但是对于C2以下的投资者来说，银行理财仍然是除货币基金以外的主要投资理财工具。那么我们在购买银行理财产品时，需要注意哪些细节呢？

1、首先关注银行理财是自营还是代销。自营相对好点，如果是代销的话，需要看资产管理人是谁。一般来说，选择比较知名老牌的大机构，相对遇坑的概率会小一些；
