第一，社会主义市场经济是需要由国家的宏观调控手段来予以平衡的，国家的宏观调控数段对企业的发展有着直接的影响作用，我国主要的银行都是国有银行，在给与企业贷款的要求中是较为严格的，而且国家所实施的政策，尤其是所得税政策和税金的减免政策对企业的融资所产生的影响是较大的，在加上不同的经济周期对企业的融资也会产生不同的影响。
第二，企业作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，在经营中会受到各方面因素的影响，像价格、成本等都会对企业的融资能力产生一定的影响。
第三，企业主要的融资渠道为银行，而银行的发展是受到金融市场的影响的，因此，如果金融市场波动很大的话，银行自然也对企业的融资要求会更高，也就会影响企业的生产经营活动。
(二)企业融资风险产生的内部原因
企业在融资过程中所产生的风险还会受到内部因素的干扰，主要可以分文以下三个方面：
第一，企业自身内部由于经营管理不善，措施落实的不到位等多方面原因，导致企业内部管理不佳，基础工作缺乏，财务制度不健全，使得企业的诚信度下降，不仅无法给公司创造效益，而且也会带来不良的影响。
第二，很多发生融资风险的企业，由于在融资前没有进行有效的评估而带有加大的盲目性，使得融资决策无法正常发挥，从而带来融资风险，影响企业的发展。
第三，企业在信息透明度的建设上做的不够好，信息透明度不高，使得金融机构在为企业做信息评估时难以进行，这也就极大了企业融资的困难，不利于企业的经营发展。
