上图是真格基金公众号截屏，明显的看到其具有“真字头”属性，同样，真格基金推出的股权众筹产品同样以“真”字打头，取名——“ZhenShares”(真股)。这显然不是一个法律概念，同样也无需过度解读。

那么现在我们剥离表象，探寻“ZhenShares”(真股)的本质。真格基金是国内第一大天使基金，由新东方创始人徐小平、王强创立，已成功投资聚美优品、世纪佳缘等上市公司。FitTime睿健时代是一家健身O2O公司，目前已拥有一定数量用户群。该公司于2014年初获得徐小平创办的真格基金天使投资，随后得到经纬中国Matrix Partner China基金A轮融资。

真格基金旗下的用户众筹平台推出的股权众筹产品——“ZhenShares”(真股)。事实上，真格基金对真股的定义是“用户众筹”。对于一家新成立的公司来说，通过真股来融资，不仅是解决资金之道，更是培养第一批种子用户的绝佳机会。

产品点评：Enlighted提供商业楼宇的智能照明系统。照明电费支出占商业楼宇运营成本的25-40%，同时事关员工对办公环境的满意度和工作效率。Enlighted开发的人体智能感应器能够实时采集环境数据进行分析并选择最佳的亮度和节能方式。 Enlighted与其他无线智能照明系统方案的最大区别是去中心化，其传感器节点大多数时候能够独立做出判断，并直接控制灯光。

四、Heapsylon

产品点评：对于大多数企业来说物联网应用的开发非常有挑战，Neura的目标非常有野心：开发一个链接所有物联网元素的开放平台，包括物联网对象、位置、人以及web等要素，可以看做是一个物联网的巨型中间件。

融资情况：2014年4月获得200万美元融资
竞争对手：Google是最主要竞争对手，还包括其他一些开发AI人工智能、机器学习和M2M通讯的公司，Neura强调自己更关注数据应用而不是连接性。
七、PubNub
产品点评：PubNub的目标也很远大：开发一个实时的物联网通讯网络，解决全球物联网大规模连接性的问题。
创立时间：2010年
融资情况：已经完成两轮共1550万美元融资。
竞争对手：Frozen Mountain和Kaazing提供商业解决方案，而开源解决方案如node.js、Faye和Mosquito也能提供类似的软件。但PubNub认为上述这些方案将运营、扩展性、可靠性和安全性的压力抛给了用户。
八、Revolv
产品点评：Revolv的智能家居遥控APP能把你的iPhone等智能手机变成一个万能遥控器。消费者如今已经得上了APP恐惧症，但偏偏各型各色的智能家居硬件产品都热衷开发自己的遥控APP，Revolv希望能够成为最后的遥控终结者，通过一个APP控制所有的智能家居联网设备。Revolv的控制hub整合了7种无线技术，通晓始终“无线语言”，支持市面上所有主流智能设备。
