外币活期储蓄存款是指以外币进行存款、取款和计息，客户可随时凭存款凭证存取的存款。
特点：本产品分现汇账户和现钞账户两种。现汇账户指由港、澳、台或者境外汇入外汇或携入的外汇票据转存款账户，现钞账户指居民个人持有的外币现钞开立的现钞存款账户；境内居民个人不得将其外币现钞存储变为现汇存储；境内居民个人本人境内同一性质外汇账户（含外币现钞账户）之间的资金可以划转。
