1. 从国外进口 怎么付款给国外的公司，运输怎么办

现在用得比较多的付款方式是：/T 、L/C
TT付款方式是以外汇现金方式结算，由您的客户将款项汇至贵公司指定的外汇银行账号内，可以要求货到后一定期限内汇款。
T/T属于商业信用，也就是说付款的最终决定权在于客户。T/T分预付，即期和远期。现在用的最多的是30%预付和70%即期。这一种对第一次做且货量不大时可以用此种付款方式。但对于有些国家，如西非等，请尽量不要用到此种付款方式，只能用L/C即期。
在货物准备好后，如果客户将全部货款付清，你就可以把单证直接寄到客户，无需经过银行。

L/C 信用证。由银行出面担保，只要卖方按信用证的规定交货，就可拿到货款,而买方又无须在卖方履行合同规定的交货义务前支付货款。信用证是有条件的，银行担保是银行应买方的要求和指示保证立即或将来某一时间内付给卖方一笔款项。卖方得到这笔钱的条件是向银行提交信用证中规定的单据。

如果有进出口经营资格就可以办理进口业务。首先要与国外卖方签订合同，确定货物及货物的质量标准，数量，包装形式，运输方式，付款方式，交货期限等事项，然后根据合同条款向买方开出信用证或者购买外币准备付款，待货物运到之后，就可以将提单和发票，装箱单等单据一同提交给海关报关，待海关出具了关税及增值税税单之后，交纳了税款，海关就会在提单上加盖放行章，就可以提货了。
如果没有进出口经营资格则需要寻找代理公司，只要将与国外卖方的合同或者订单提交给代理公司，会替你们办好全部程序。

基本要求

1、申请必须采用公函形式，并加盖单位公章。申请要求文字简洁，内容完整，主要事项交代明确，与所提供的单据相符。

2、每次来外汇局审核时，必须带合同(协议)原件及其它有关单证的原件和复印件，如情况特殊不能提供合同(协议)原件的，应以公函形式作出情况说明；我局审核后只留存复印件，原件在企业取审核件时退还企业。

3、由于各外汇指定银行向企业发送的“到帐通知”不完全一样，银行到帐通知应盖有所在银行的印章。

4、同一合同项下需多次报批的项目，第一次来我局审核时需填具我局印制的备案表，以便留存存档。

5、如不符合上述要求，一律退回，不进行审核。
