外汇大体流程：

《跨境汇款申请书》费用承担方式中的“OUR”代表所有本地及海外收费由汇款人支付内，中间行不在本金中扣取手续费容用，所汇款项全额到账，汇款产生的费用均从汇款人账户中收取。

跨境汇款的费用承担方式有三种：

2、BEN-所有手续费都由受益人（收款人）支付，中间行产生的中转费及收款银行收的解付手续费都直接从受益人处收取（直接扣收汇款资金里的钱）。

3、OUR-即汇款人支付所有的手续费，包括汇款手续费，中转费等一切费用。由于是否产生中转费在汇款时并不能确知，所以一般是在发生中转费时，中间行发起收款，然后通知汇款的银行，银行再通知汇款人交纳中转费用。

若是招行卡操作境外汇款，分境内个人和境外个人。
境内个人：汇专款人为境内个人时，境外收款人仅限个人、属学校、慈善机构、旅游机构等，不能为贸易公司、证券公司；单笔及每日累计限额均为等值5万美金；请使用现汇汇出，如使用现钞，需注意当地钞转汇手续费。除我行收费外，境外中间行和收款行可能会另外收费，款项有可能不是全额到账。

⑻ 在平安银行办理外汇需要什么手续

境内个人和境外个人操作境内账户间的外币划转：
1、转给境内个人的境内账户：
①同名户：本人账户间的资金划转，凭有效身份证件、银行卡/折办理，如代办还需提供代办人的有效身份证件或者通过平安口袋银行APP-首页-转账-银行账号转账页面，选择银行卡及相应币种根据页面提示操作即可转给本人平安账户；
②直系亲属：指父母、子女、配偶帐户间的互转。凭双方有效身份证件、直系亲属关系证明办理（直系亲属关系证明指能证明直系亲属关系的户口簿、结婚证或街道办事处等政府基层组织或公安部门、公证部门出具的有效亲属关系证明）。如代办还需提供代办人的有效身份证件；
③不支持转账到对公账户。

2、转给境外个人的境内账户：
平安口袋银行APP提供境外汇款功能，本功能支持10种外币（美元、港币、欧元、澳大利亚元、英镑、加元、日元、新加坡元、瑞士法郎、新西兰元）的汇出，汇出的外汇不支持自动购汇，只能原币汇出，需提前兑换。需要对外汇款时没有外币或外币余额不足时要先进行购汇，购汇完成后方可以进行跨境汇款。通过口袋银行提交境外汇款申请时，若审核通过则直接汇出；若未通过，口袋银行同步将结果展示给用户。
①目前仅支持身份证的客户可通过口袋银行进行跨境汇款，自2018年10月27日起，针对外国护照、外国人永久居留身份证、港澳居民来往内地通行证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证、外交官证、中国护照、其他类型等非身份证客户均可通过口袋银行操作境外汇款，汇款费用包括共同SHA、汇款人OUR、收款人BEN三种选项，平安口袋银行APP-首页–更多–跨境金融–跨境汇款尝试操作；
②该功能不支持操作境外对公账户转账；
③自2018年5月31日起，口袋银行支持操作境外预约汇款；
④限额：境内个人跨境汇款业务单笔/日累计汇款金额上限为等值5万美元；境外个人单笔汇款金额上限为等值20万美元，无日累计限额规定（各币种对美元折算率以外管局每月公布数值为准），超过金额上限的业务，须凭经常项目下有交易额的真实凭证前往网点办理。

⑼ 关于外币汇出汇款的费用承担方式

境外汇款有境外账户代理行及汇款路径选择问题.

如境外收款人的开户银行没有与中行的境外账户行在同一银行,那么中行的境外账户代理行要选择一家与收款人开户银行有账户代理关系的银行,将款项转过去,那通过这个中转行时也就是代理行,要收取一些转汇行手续费。

而且可能汇两笔同样收款人、同样银行名称的转汇手续费不一样，因为在选择代理行时也就是路径选择时，可能有多种可能，例如同样的两笔汇款，是由两个不同的经办人员做的，那就有可能转汇行的选择不一样，手续费的收取也就不一样。

要看您在汇款时选择的收费方式,是汇款人付费还是收款人付费,若是选择的收款人付费,那末就直接从汇款金额里扣除,是代理中转行扣的。

汇出汇款操作流程

1. 汇款人填写《汇出汇款申请书》，并在申请书上签字或盖章。

2. 汇款人在申请书上明确汇款的方式（电汇、票汇或信汇）。

A公司欲向美国S公司支付贸易项下预付款50万美元，向银行提出以电汇方式办理汇出汇款的申请。银行根据国家外管政策审核进出口合同等证明文件。审核无误后，A公司填写汇出汇款申请书，注明收款人名称、地址、开户行及账号等内容。银行按外管政策办理售汇手续后，为其选择合理汇款路径，办理汇出汇款。
