在香港公司的收入中，不用收稅的類型有：
1、香港公司派發的股息。
如果一家香港公司並無在香港經營業務，或因為所有利潤均從海外獲得（或因其他原因不需須繳納稅款）其派發的股息，則需要納入應算稅額中。實際上，香港稅務局將所有股息列為須要算入納稅額的項目;這可能由於在香港經營業務，但獲得豁免利潤的法團，仍會被列入「應課利得稅的范圍」內。
2、支出、收入香港服務公司或信託公司的款項：
假如一家香港服務公司或信託公司，因某人的服務而收到一筆款項，而該人是以其個人名義賺取有關款項時，便可豁免該香港服務公司或信託公司這一筆款項的香港公司利得稅。而向實際賺取該筆款項的人士征稅，這規定可確保稅務局在對香港服務公司或信託公司，以及提供該服務的個人，同時進行評稅時，不會對該筆款項作出雙重征稅。
3、與該項入息有關的利得稅已通過其他人士徵收：
例如當A香港公司是某一合夥業務的合夥人，而該合夥業務的利潤已被獨立評稅，該香港公司將分配所得的利潤計算在該香港公司利得稅項內。香港沒有雙重稅制，在上述情況中，利潤已被獨立評稅，且可以視作香港公司的分紅，而香港公司分紅是屬於稅後利潤，再分給A香港公司是不需要再交稅的。
4、儲稅的利息：《香港稅務條例》特別豁免了儲稅利息的繳稅責任。
