建議向境外匯款抄要選擇大襲銀行，像工行、招行、中行等都已經開通了網銀境外匯款的業務，都是不錯的選擇。

外匯大體流程：

《跨境匯款申請書》費用承擔方式中的「OUR」代表所有本地及海外收費由匯款人支付內，中間行不在本金中扣取手續費容用，所匯款項全額到賬，匯款產生的費用均從匯款人賬戶中收取。

跨境匯款的費用承擔方式有三種：

1、SHA-意為共同承擔；就是說匯款人只會支付匯款時點產生的手續費，中間行產生的中轉費及收款銀行收的解付手續費都直接從受益人處收取（直接扣收匯款資金里的錢）。

⑶ 如何使用國內銀行卡辦理境外匯款

若是招行卡操作境外匯款，分境內個人和境外個人。
境內個人：匯專款人為境內個人時，境外收款人僅限個人、屬學校、慈善機構、旅遊機構等，不能為貿易公司、證券公司；單筆及每日累計限額均為等值5萬美金；請使用現匯匯出，如使用現鈔，需注意當地鈔轉匯手續費。除我行收費外，境外中間行和收款行可能會另外收費，款項有可能不是全額到賬。
登錄手機銀行後，在界面底部點擊「我的→全部→跨境金融→境外匯款」。網上銀行：選擇「外匯管理」-「境外匯款」-「跨境匯出匯款」辦理匯出。

⑻ 在平安銀行辦理外匯需要什麼手續

境內個人和境外個人操作境內賬戶間的外幣劃轉：
1、轉給境內個人的境內賬戶：
①同名戶：本人賬戶間的資金劃轉，憑有效身份證件、銀行卡/折辦理，如代辦還需提供代辦人的有效身份證件或者通過平安口袋銀行APP-首頁-轉賬-銀行賬號轉賬頁面，選擇銀行卡及相應幣種根據頁面提示操作即可轉給本人平安賬戶；
②直系親屬：指父母、子女、配偶帳戶間的互轉。憑雙方有效身份證件、直系親屬關系證明辦理（直系親屬關系證明指能證明直系親屬關系的戶口簿、結婚證或街道辦事處等政府基層組織或公安部門、公證部門出具的有效親屬關系證明）。如代辦還需提供代辦人的有效身份證件；
③不支持轉賬到對公賬戶。

2、轉給境外個人的境內賬戶：
平安口袋銀行APP提供境外匯款功能，本功能支持10種外幣（美元、港幣、歐元、澳大利亞元、英鎊、加元、日元、新加坡元、瑞士法郎、紐西蘭元）的匯出，匯出的外匯不支持自動購匯，只能原幣匯出，需提前兌換。需要對外匯款時沒有外幣或外幣余額不足時要先進行購匯，購匯完成後方可以進行跨境匯款。通過口袋銀行提交境外匯款申請時，若審核通過則直接匯出；若未通過，口袋銀行同步將結果展示給用戶。
①目前僅支持身份證的客戶可通過口袋銀行進行跨境匯款，自2018年10月27日起，針對外國護照、外國人永久居留身份證、港澳居民來往內地通行證、台灣居民來往大陸通行證、外交官證、中國護照、其他類型等非身份證客戶均可通過口袋銀行操作境外匯款，匯款費用包括共同SHA、匯款人OUR、收款人BEN三種選項，平安口袋銀行APP-首頁–更多–跨境金融–跨境匯款嘗試操作；
②該功能不支持操作境外對公賬戶轉賬；
③自2018年5月31日起，口袋銀行支持操作境外預約匯款；

⑼ 關於外幣匯出匯款的費用承擔方式

境外匯款有境外賬戶代理行及匯款路徑選擇問題.

如境外收款人的開戶銀行沒有與中行的境外賬戶行在同一銀行,那麼中行的境外賬戶代理行要選擇一家與收款人開戶銀行有賬戶代理關系的銀行,將款項轉過去,那通過這個中轉行時也就是代理行,要收取一些轉匯行手續費。

而且可能匯兩筆同樣收款人、同樣銀行名稱的轉匯手續費不一樣，因為在選擇代理行時也就是路徑選擇時，可能有多種可能，例如同樣的兩筆匯款，是由兩個不同的經辦人員做的，那就有可能轉匯行的選擇不一樣，手續費的收取也就不一樣。

要看您在匯款時選擇的收費方式,是匯款人付費還是收款人付費,若是選擇的收款人付費,那末就直接從匯款金額里扣除,是代理中轉行扣的。

匯出匯款操作流程

1. 匯款人填寫《匯出匯款申請書》，並在申請書上簽字或蓋章。

2. 匯款人在申請書上明確匯款的方式（電匯、票匯或信匯）。
