上圖是真格基金公眾號截屏，明顯的看到其具有「真字頭」屬性，同樣，真格基金推出的股權眾籌產品同樣以「真」字打頭，取名——「ZhenShares」(真股)。這顯然不是一個法律概念，同樣也無需過度解讀。

那麼現在我們剝離表象，探尋「ZhenShares」(真股)的本質。真格基金是國內第一大天使基金，由新東方創始人徐小平、王強創立，已成功投資聚美優品、世紀佳緣等上市公司。FitTime睿健時代是一家健身O2O公司，目前已擁有一定數量用戶群。該公司於2014年初獲得徐小平創辦的真格基金天使投資，隨後得到經緯中國Matrix Partner China基金A輪融資。

真格基金旗下的用戶眾籌平台推出的股權眾籌產品——「ZhenShares」(真股)。事實上，真格基金對真股的定義是「用戶眾籌」。對於一家新成立的公司來說，通過真股來融資，不僅是解決資金之道，更是培養第一批種子用戶的絕佳機會。

產品點評：Enlighted提供商業樓宇的智能照明系統。照明電費支出占商業樓宇運營成本的25-40%，同時事關員工對辦公環境的滿意度和工作效率。Enlighted開發的人體智能感應器能夠實時採集環境數據進行分析並選擇最佳的亮度和節能方式。 Enlighted與其他無線智能照明系統方案的最大區別是去中心化，其感測器節點大多數時候能夠獨立做出判斷，並直接控制燈光。

四、Heapsylon
產品點評：智能衣服可能是最名副其實的「可穿戴」設備。Heapsylon的智能運動服裝通過織物壓感感測器，Heapsylon的產品不但能像常規運動感測器一樣追蹤跑步者的路線、距離、速度、海拔上升、環境溫度，還能追蹤步頻、蹬地技巧、腳掌重心與壓力分布等信息，幫助跑步者糾正跑姿預防運動損傷。根據哈佛大學人力進化生物學教授Daniel Lieberman的統計，今年北美2500萬跑步運動者中85%都遭受運動損傷的折磨。

五、Humavox
產品點評：Hummavox的技術能通過無線電方式為多個物聯網設備同時充電，且能夠自動識別充電區域內所有設備的電池型號、電壓、充電速度、充電曲線要求等，進行自動選擇最優充電模式。目前市場上的所謂無線充電技術治標不治本。(想像一下，一款不需要布線的行車記錄儀是多麼的令人興奮)

融資情況：後的500萬美元種子資金
競爭對手：目前無線充電有三大標准，分別是無線充電協會(Wireless Power Consortium)的Qi標准;Power Mat Alliance標准和無線充電聯盟(Alliance for Wireless Power.)的Rezence標准，雖然三大標准背後的廠商已經投入數十億美元的巨資，但是卻遲遲打不開消費市場。如果Humavox的產品能夠兌現，那麼將沒有競爭對手。
六、Neura
產品點評：對於大多數企業來說物聯網應用的開發非常有挑戰，Neura的目標非常有野心：開發一個鏈接所有物聯網元素的開放平台，包括物聯網對象、位置、人以及web等要素，可以看做是一個物聯網的巨型中間件。
創立時間：2013年
融資情況：2014年4月獲得200萬美元融資
競爭對手：Google是最主要競爭對手，還包括其他一些開發AI人工智慧、機器學習和M2M通訊的公司，Neura強調自己更關注數據應用而不是連接性。
七、PubNub
產品點評：PubNub的目標也很遠大：開發一個實時的物聯網通訊網路，解決全球物聯網大規模連接性的問題。
創立時間：2010年
融資情況：已經完成兩輪共1550萬美元融資。
競爭對手：Frozen Mountain和Kaazing提供商業解決方案，而開源解決方案如node.js、Faye和Mosquito也能提供類似的軟體。但PubNub認為上述這些方案將運營、擴展性、可靠性和安全性的壓力拋給了用戶。
八、Revolv
