有一句大家耳熟能详的话：信心比黄金重要，这是我一直推崇的信条。特别是我们这个行业，很多时候是找hr找不出来的人，所以更需要我们有必胜的信心。相信这个案件一定能找出合适的人，相信这个人一定是自己找出来的。就像老猎头讲的：没有结束不了的案件，只有搜寻不足的猎头。有了信心，不管是面对人才的拒绝，你依然会问他，你有没有朋友会看这个机会，或者能不能给我你们的list
，当然很多时候拿list会看你跟人才的交情程度。
有了信心，还不能缺少攻击性。每个公司都有一定的招聘时限，而hr更乐意看到的是，我们能尽快推出合适的人选，结束Case.
我们的竞争是很激烈的，跟hr竞争，跟其他公司的猎头竞争，跟自己竞争。所以拿到案件，分析案情，就开始进行紧密的搜寻工作，查自己手头的资源，公司系统，让朋友介绍等，只要是能快，准的方法都要试试。往往候选人介绍的人会比较契合这个职位，而且motivation也是比较强的，这种人不要放过，即使现在没有适合他的职位，也要跟其沟通好。有点沾边的职位也可以跟他沟通一下，拉近感情。快和准是猎头的两大准则。
接下来的就是学习能力了。对于新人，要学习的东西特别多。比如：了解猎头行业，了解金融行业（每天熟悉金融咨询），学习招聘的技能（怎么分辨人才的软素质等）。持续的学习才能使自己更专业，跟人才沟通才能更顺畅，让其信服。并不是说做每个case都要了解的很详细，只是对于陌生的事物更应该去持续的学习，我们跟人才去present职位，不仅是告诉他薪酬和晋升空间，更多是带给他信心，猎头对公司的了解，将给候选人打一针强心剂。所以，学习一直都在
，怎么push候选人早上班（因为早上班就早收钱）等，每一个环节都可以更精细，都可以再完善自己的标准。拿push候选人上班举例，有一个话术是：*公司对你面试的情况是非常满意的，而且他们对你将来在这个岗位上的适应和发展都非常有信心。所以他们也希望你能尽快过去，适应起来。其实这对你也是有好处的，你尽快过去，拿的薪资更高，给新东家的印象也会更好。正式的离职时间需要一个月，但是有些人候选人如果跟

你这个是在pitching了。。。应该找个投行的人帮你做做case，呵呵，不过还是很不错，公司金融问题，入手的思路还是可以看看吧，首先是入手理由，horizontal or vertical mergers or aquisitions, for streamlining the proction value chain or scale and scope of economy，还有一种可能就是diversification，组成conglomerate。此外，具体的可能性，参见一下最近的wsj或者是nyt都可以，我举个例子好了：horizontal的就是横向并购，比如Kraft并购Nestle的可能，增加规模效益和优化成本，vertical的是纵向并购，产业链上下游，比如宝钢并购RioTinto（澳洲铁矿及其他矿藏出产商）的可能性，用于整合价值链，提高生产效益，还有一种就是集团了，这种主要是为了分散风险，多元化经验，比如长江实业收购乐百氏的可能。
Casio和Swatch应该属于horizontal，你从这方面入手，获取他们实际的财务数据（官网上应该都有）进行预测，可以以股价配以少量现金购买来演算一下合并后的企业价值(EV)。大概就是这样。
